Brett Dunne grew up on a farm in Southern Illinois and joined the Navy. As a Corpsman, Brett was stationed in Virginia where worked in the Department of Neurosurgery. By the age of 21, he was assisting with emergency head-trauma surgery and was the Senior Corpsman for the Neurosurgery ICU. Brett moved to California in 1981 and owned his first business in 1988. Real Estate has been his forte for more than a decade. His past experiences aid his clientele with innovative marketing skills, negotiation proficiencies, and high-end property marketing expertise.

The DayBreak Group not only has experienced Realtors but they each excel in fields that deepens our effectiveness in pre-marketing, marketing, negotiations, and closing. Added skill sets include a Notary, Interior Designer, and General Contractor. Languages aside from English include Spanish and Italian.

Brett Dunne served as the Broker of Record for his KW office with over 45 real estate agents. Moreover, Brett was a regional leader in KW Luxury and KW Global Property Specialists divisions. The most prominent Realtors at Keller Williams Realty are positioned with one or the other of these divisions, Brett is one of a small group of real estate agents who obtained both. Additionally, Brett sustains the prestigious Certified International Property Specialist awarded by the National Association of Realtors. These affiliations allow his clientele advantages in marketing their properties to influential people across our nation and to the foremost international buyers from around the world.
